Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed directly to you.

We currently ship across Canada using Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post, depending on location and service availability.

CANNIBZ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at cnbzhq@outlook.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
